Pre-arrival preparation is the heart of what I do. Garden maintenance is available too — but I won't push it on you. If your place just needs a freshen-up before each visit, that's exactly what I'll deliver.

After a big blow, I'll clear everything off decks, paths, gutters and gardens — no mess waiting for you, and no fire risk sitting in piles.
Garden Tidy & Lawn Care
Mowing, edging, pruning, weeding — available as an ongoing service for those who want it. Not pushed on anyone who just needs the pre-arrival basics.

This area burns. I check and clear leaf litter, bark and dry debris under the house, against walls and around the structure — reducing ember attack risk while you're away.

When you're not here, leaf litter, bark, dry debris and garden waste can quietly accumulate under the house, against walls and around the structure — building an ember attack risk nobody notices until it's too late.
As part of my visits, I keep an eye on all of this. I'll clear material from under the deck and subfloor areas, move debris away from the house perimeter, and let you know if anything needs attention. It's not a formal fire safety inspection — but it's a local set of eyes doing the right thing, regularly.
