The main thing I do is get your place ready before you arrive — clean, tidy, and genuinely welcoming. Ongoing garden care is available too, but nothing beats walking in to a property that's already sorted.
About
I'm Bryce — I live here in Wye River. The main thing people want is simple: arrive to a property that's already sorted. Not a week's worth of catching up, not a lawn that's gone to seed, not a deck buried in gum leaves.
Pre-arrival preparation is the heart of what I do. Garden maintenance is available too — but I won't push it on you. If your place just needs a freshen-up before each visit, that's exactly what I'll deliver.
This is property care, not landscaping — though I bring the same eye for detail either way.
Between visits, the coast — and the bush — have their way with everything…
What I do
Arriving Friday? I come through that day. Deck cleared, lawn done, paths swept, everything fresh. You walk in and it's already a good weekend. This is what most people want most.
After a big blow, I'll come through and clear everything off decks, paths, gutters and gardens — no mess waiting for you, and no fire risk sitting in piles.
Mowing, edging, pruning, weeding — available as an ongoing service for those who want it. Not pushed on anyone who just needs the pre-arrival basics.
This area burns. I'll check and clear leaf litter, bark, dry debris and any material that's accumulated under the house, against walls, or around the structure — reducing the ember attack risk while you're away. Peace of mind that goes beyond just looking tidy.
Wye River, Kennett River and Separation Creek are in one of Victoria's most fire-prone coastal corridors. When you're not here, leaf litter, bark, dry debris and garden waste can accumulate under the house, against walls and around the structure — quietly building an ember attack risk nobody notices until it's too late.
As part of my visits, I keep an eye on all of this. I'll clear material from under the deck and subfloor areas, move debris away from the house perimeter, and let you know if anything needs attention. It's not a formal fire safety inspection — but it's a local set of eyes doing the right thing, regularly.
A tidy property isn't just a nicer property. In this area, it's a safer one.
How it works
After every single visit, I record a short video walkthrough of your property and send it straight to you. Front yard, garden, deck, driveway — you'll see it all.
No wondering, no surprises. Just confidence that your place is exactly as it should be.
It takes me a couple of minutes and it means everything to the people I work for.
A short clip sent directly to your phone — so you can see exactly how your property looks, right after I leave. Every time, without fail.
Pricing
Need a tidy before you arrive, or after a storm? Book a one-off and I'll come through and sort it. No commitment required.
See the standard of my work first. Then decide if you'd like to continue. Most people do.
Set and forget. I visit regularly, keep everything under control, and send you a video each time. Your property, on autopilot.
